HOW
DOES IT WORK?
1.
Sending information
The first step is to send us all the information and documents necessary to review your application: A copy of your passport or valid identity document, A full copy of each adopter’s birth certificate, Documents proving legal residence, A criminal record extract.
2.
Filling in the adoption form
Once we have received your information, you will need to complete the official adoption form.
3.
File analysis
Our team will take the time necessary to carefully review your application and confirm your suitability to adopt, always with the child’s welfare in mind.
4.
Approval of adoption
After validation, you will receive official notification that your adoption has been accepted.
5.
Child's choice
Once your adoption has been approved, you will have the right to choose the child you wish to adopt. To do this, we will send you photos of the children available, and you will choose the child you wish to welcome into your family.
6.
Issuance of the adoption certificate
Once you have made your choice, we will proceed with drawing up the adoption certificate, a legal document that officially confirms that the child has been entrusted to you.
7.
Sending the admission ticket
Once the certificate has been issued, we will send you the admission ticket for the child’s handover.
This document will specify:
The exact location where the handover will take place.
The competent court.
The date set for the handover.
The exact time of the summons.
8.
Handing over the child
Finally, on the appointed date and at the designated court, the official handover of the child will take place in a legal, safe and blessed setting.
It will be a sacred moment, when we will give thanks to God, for it is written:
‘Children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward’ (Psalms 127:3).
